To me Konglish is English that is used by Koreans for their own use rather than a translation into English for English speakers, think of ‘Pret a Manger‘ or ‘Agent provocateur’ both of which are ‘in French’ but for English speakers. An incorrect translation is not Konglish. I’ll let you decide what you think is OK, a translation, Konglish, an incorrect translation, or merely a style you wouldn’t use. (the Korean / Japanese menu is an interloper)
