I’m taking part in this free of charge seminar in Coventry, UK, which is being ran by the UK Trade & Investment International Trade Team of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. I’ll speaking about, and facilitating some activities around export communications and highlighting the benefits of the UKTI Export Communication Review for which I am an accredited supplier. I’ll also be looking at how the audience can ensure their business messages are understood effectively internationally with a particular focus on the web.
Chris Everall, who runs the West Midlands Regional Languages Network, will also be presenting “Bridging the Gap – the most common cross-cultural pitfalls and how to avoid them”
Priscilla Morris, Loud & Clear, will talk about “Speaking on the International Stage – effective use of English for foreign contacts” – I’m really looking forward to this as it’s an area I struggle with
